Please complete this application form for your 18UAA team for the 2025 – 18UAA Diamond Cup Tournament hosted by Diamondsides Baseball at Queens Park Stadium in New Westminster, May 1-4, 2025.
Details:
- Maximum of 6 teams to participate (must be 18UAA house teams, no club teams or combo teams)
- Fee is $600 + 1 box of baseballs (80cc)
- Payment must be received for your team to be considered registered.
- Registered teams will receive a Team Roster form to complete and must be submitted no later than April 15, 2025.
- official tournament rules will be forwarded once teams are confirmed
Payments accepted via:
- E transfer to treasurer@diamondsides.ca. Please include your team name in the memo line and use the password 2025DiamondCup
- Cheque made payable to “New West Minor Baseball Association” and mailed to
121 Third Ave, New Westminster, BC, V3L 1L7

Deadline for payment is April 1, 2025 & Team Roster submission by April 15th, 2025.
ALL Team withdraws before April 1, 2025 are subject to a $50 admin fee.
No refunds will be granted for withdrawing your team after April 11, 2024.
