New Westminster and South Burnaby Minor Baseball Associations Merge Division 13U, 15U, & 18U to form the River Giants
SB/NW River Giants will provide community based baseball programming for players in the 13U, 15U and 18U divisions. Families can expect this merger to strengthen our program in the following ways:
- Expand team and player opportunities across all age groups
- Improve player development opportunities and pathways
- Improve coaching development and support
- Access shared facilities and resources
- Focus on growth, sportsmanship, and excellence
- Create greater stability for years to come
For 13U players looking for more of a challenge this coming spring season, we plan on running a 13UAA team. We will be running two ID sessions on Nov 20th and 27th which will lead into off season training and player tryouts in early spring.
