SPRING SEASON
Depending on registration and interest year to year we may run a tiered 15U division offering ‘A’ and ‘AA’ teams. If offered, athletes have the opportunity to try-out for the ‘AA’ competitive team or play on our ‘A’ house/recreational level teams for the spring season. 15U player evaluations take place in February which assists in creating balanced spring 15UA teams.
We provide players the opportunity to build leadership skills by participating in volunteering and mentorship opportunities. This program is ideal for those unable to make a commitment to intensive baseball programming. Our 15UA teams play an ‘Interlock’ schedule with teams from other local associations. Spring season runs end of March – June, with Interlock playoffs in the beginning of June.

15UA – is considered ‘house/ rec’ level and suited for most players. At the ‘A’ level we focus on player and team development, sportsmanship, expanding on baseball knowledge, while continuing to explore positions.
15UAA – is a competitive level designed for advanced players who are invested in the game of baseball, are looking for a competitive atmosphere and can commit to a robust schedule. At this level there is a greater emphasis on strategy and players focus on training in a couple key positions
The 15UAA team is considered a ‘Single season’ team and participates in the BC Minor Baseball schedule with teams from other teams throughout BC from March to August. Player / family full commitment is required through the end of August.
The season ends with playoffs in July with the possibility of qualifying for Provincials in August. Provincial Championships are available for qualifying AA teams with the provincial champions going to the Western Canada championship. While our program places an emphasis on development and helping athletes reach their potential, there are no-fair play rules and 9-man baseball is played at this level.
