By registering your player in our program you are agreeing to chip in and do your part by fulfilling the required ‘League Level’ AND ‘Team Level’ minimum participation requirements. (see Volunteer tab for more information)

As we understand that some families have more on their plate than others and know they will be unable to fulfill the ‘LEAGUE LEVEL’ minimum participation requirement, they may choose to pay the ‘League Level Participation BUYOUT’ FEE during registration.

*Paying this BUYOUT fee (at the time of registration) fulfills the participation requirement at the LEAGUE LEVEL ONLY. Your family will still be required to fulfill the TEAM LEVEL minimum participation requirement.

Financial Assistance:

Families facing financial challenges may qualify for a sports grant from one of the following organizations: KidSport, Jumpstart, or Athletics4Kids.

KidSport supports children who need financial assistance with sport registration fees and equipment costs. For more information about KidSport grants, please visit KidSport New West.

Similarly, Jumpstart recognizes that families sometimes need financial assistance to get their kids into a sport or physical activity. Jumpstart’s Individual Child Grants help families in financial need cover the costs of participating in sport and recreation

Athletics4Kids helps to ensure that all children in BC can participate in amateur sports by providing financial assistance through registration fees for kids 5-18 years old. Through their Sport4Life Grant Program, they work discreetly with families facing financial challenges to ensure that their children have the chance to play.

When registering, please indicate if you are applying for a sports grant in the registration questions. It will provide you with a code to use at checkout.

Once you make your application with KidSport, Jumpstart, or Athletics4Kids, please email your application number to the Registrar.

Please ensure you use the following address for your application:
